Sprowston Lads Football Club was formed in 1978 and is now a Football Association Chartered Standard Club. As part of the FA direction Sprowston Girls & Sprowston Ladies were introduced in 2008.

All our coaches are qualified ( or working towards ) the FA Level 1 Standard or higher levels and hold CRB checks.

Most teams train on a weekly basis and matches are either played on a Saturday or Sunday depending on the gender, age group and league. Please use the Age Chart navigation tab on the top right side of the screen to help establish your players team. 

We have a very dedicated team of people within the clubs committee and individual managers and coaches running the individual teams, if any parents or guardians feel they would like to assist in any way please contact a member of the committee, manager or coach.
