TEAM NEWS

Sprowston Ladies are now in there second season of league football, they have had a very impressive season getting to the semi finals of the league cup (only to lose on penalties) and have recently won three consecutive league games to start moving gradually up the league. Due to this overwhelming improvement and influx of players we have decided that we will try our hand at 11 a-side football next season and are looking to recruit further players to add strength and depth to a friendly but competitive squad.
